Client Services

There is no discipline within MoreVisibility that receives greater attention than Client Services. Each client is assigned a Client Strategist and every activity we perform is managed through that individual. Jupiter Research made specific mention of both our client management capabilities and high levels of satisfaction in their two Constellation reports on firms in the SEO / SEM industry.

Our team of Client Strategists is an impressive group with varying backgrounds, all of whom have a passion and aptitude for Internet marketing. Their common traits include impressive communication and project management skills. They are also intimately involved in the industry and receive continuous training.

Client Strategists work very closely with Campaign Managers who are responsible for running all SEM activities for clients. Strategists also have in-depth interaction with our Natural Search Engineers who are responsible for providing SEO-related guidance to clients. Although the majority of client dialogue occurs with the Client Strategists, both our Campaign Managers and Natural Search Engineers have ongoing, one-on-one interaction with clients.

As the Internet has blossomed, we have grown along with our clients. The pace of Industry change is remarkable and staying ahead has been a team effort with our clients. We work closely with each of the major search engines and routinely involve clients in beta programs that are frontline indicators of where the industry is heading.
